We’re on the hunt for a story-driven video editor who can turn gameplay into emotion and ads into stories. Someone who doesn’t just cut videos but crafts moments that hook attention, build excitement, and convert viewers into players.

You’ll shape the visual heartbeat of our campaigns — from fast-paced UA videos to cinematic trailers, social teasers, and LiveOps event promos. If you understand rhythm, emotion, and the psychology behind a viewer’s first three seconds — this is where you belong.

What You’ll Do:

  • Bring game stories to life through high-energy video ads across Meta, ASA, Google, and other acquisition platforms.
  • Edit App Store & Play Store previews that make players feel the thrill of the game before they even install
  • Cut, stitch, and remix gameplay footage, motion graphics, and cinematic sequences into unforgettable pieces of content.
  • Build social media videos that carry personality — from snappy UGC formats to influencer-led collabs and brand spots.
  • Experiment fearlessly with different editing languages — fast cuts, emotional arcs, bold transitions, or subtle tempo work — depending on the audience.
  • Combine creative instinct with performance data to fine-tune pacing, tone, and hooks for higher watch times, CTRs, and installs.
  • Integrate Generative AI tools (Kling, Hedra, Heygen, ElevenLabs, Sora, Luma, Firefly, etc.) into your workflow — from concept visualization to post-production polish.
  • Manage the entire post-production pipeline — footage organization, editing, grading, sound, and platform-specific exports.
  • Curate and maintain a library of footage and master projects that keeps the creative machine organized and fast-moving.
  • Collaborate with motion artists, UA managers, and game teams to ensure every video tells the right story for the right audience.
  • Set the creative tone for video across the studio — your edits become the visual signature of our games.

Who You Are :

  • A natural storyteller who feels pacing and flow the way musicians feel rhythm.
  • Expert in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools of the trade with strong color, timing, and sound instincts.
  • Obsessed with visual trends and editing styles — from cinematic trailers to viral TikTok cuts.
  • Data-aware but creatively fearless — you look at metrics not as restrictions, but as signals for sharper storytelling.
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects while keeping the energy and attention to detail high.
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation to stay ahead of the curve.
  • You don’t just follow briefs; you elevate them.
