CRM Creative Designer 

Location: India (Remote or Hybrid)**
Reports To: Creative Team (with dotted-line collaboration to CRM Operations Manager)


We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented CRM Creative Designer to elevate the look, feel, and performance of our global lifecycle and campaign communications. This role is responsible for designing and producing best-in-class creative assets across Email, Push, and In-App channels, blending visual storytelling with performance-driven design.

You’ll partner closely with the CRM Operations Manager to bring campaign concepts to life across multiple gaming and casino brands, ensuring every asset aligns with creative strategy, brand identity, and channel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Execution

  • Design and build modular, dynamic templates for Email, Push, and In-App CRM communications.
  • Produce campaign assets that balance brand storytelling with conversion goals (engagement, retention, reactivation).
  • Collaborate with Copywriters and CRM Ops to develop creative test variants (subject lines, CTAs, visual treatments).
  • Adapt creative across multiple casino brands and product identities while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure all deliverables are optimized for accessibility, readability, and mobile-first performance.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work cross-functionally with the Creative team for brand alignment, asset approvals, and toolkit maintenance.
  • Collaborate with CRM Ops on production schedules, creative briefs, and asset delivery timelines.
  • Partner with BI and CRM Analyst to evaluate creative performance and inform future iterations.
  • Maintain an organized asset library and version control system for CRM creative.

Innovation & Optimization

  • Experiment with visual trends, motion, and personalization opportunities within lifecycle design.
  • Contribute to the development of global CRM design standards and guidelines.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives with fresh creative variations and data-informed refinements.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or lifecycle creative roles.
  • Proven experience designing for CRM or lifecycle channels (Email, Push, In-App).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design (understanding, not coding).
  • Experience in gaming, casino, or entertainment industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and user experience principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working with data-informed design decisions.
