Graphic Designer – Marketing (Mobile Games)


We’re looking for a world-class visual designer to define how our games look, feel, and sell. You’ll create compelling, high-performing marketing visuals for our live games, upcoming launches, and brand initiatives — spanning ASO, ad campaigns, social media, and in-game events.

This role is for someone who can visualize, execute, and lead — setting new benchmarks for mobile-game marketing art worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-performing ad creatives (static, AI-assisted, and motion-friendly) optimized for Meta, Google, and other UA channels.
  • Design App Store and Google Play assets — icons, screenshots, feature graphics, and promotional banners that drive installs.
  • Develop visual campaigns for LiveOps, seasonal events, and feature releases.
  • Conceptualize and execute visuals for social media, and brand/partner campaigns.
  • Collaborate with motion designers and editors to ensure smooth handoff and creative alignment.
  • Use Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Firefly, Kling, Leonardo, etc.) to enhance ideation and speed up creative production.
  • Partner with UA and Analytics to review performance data for higher CTRs, IPM, and conversion KPIs.
  • Create and maintain a centralized art repository — organize marketing assets, ensure proper versioning, tagging, and cross-team accessibility.
  • Build and enforce naming conventions, templates, and documentation for asset management across campaigns and titles.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and in-game touchpoints.
  • Suggest art direction, and feedback to the extended art team.
  • Stay plugged into global game marketing trends, design aesthetics, and cultural shifts that inspire fresh creative direction.

Who You Are :

  • A visual storyteller with sharp instincts for color, lighting, and composition.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiar with motion design workflows for collaboration.
  • Experienced in AI-assisted creative workflows, using GenAI tools to produce publishable quality assets.
  • Comfortable managing multiple titles, campaigns, and creative requests without losing detail or quality.
  • A self-starter with ownership mindset, capable of driving creative projects from concept to delivery.

What You Bring

  • A strong portfolio featuring marketing assets for mobile games, entertainment, or digital brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain organized asset systems across tools like Drive or Dropbox.
  • Examples of AI-enhanced visuals or campaigns that have gone live.
  • A clear understanding of what makes global game creatives click – from art direction to player psychology.
