Marketing Specialist (CRM)


We are seeking a detail oriented and data driven Marketing Specialist (CRM) to join our marketing team. This role will focus on managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and executing personalized, automated, and data-driven marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and grow our customer base. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer journeys, email and lifecycle marketing, and using data insights to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. CRM Management
      • Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and proper integration with other marketing and sales tools.

      • Collaborate with IT/Engineering teams to ensure smooth CRM functionality and data synchronization.

      •  Strong understanding of CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.

    1. Campaign Execution
      • Plan, build, and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app, etc.) focused on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

      • Develop A/B tests and optimize campaigns for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.

    2. Customer Journey & Segmentation
      • Design and implement automated customer journeys, triggered messaging, and personalized communications.

      • Create audience segments based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.

    3. Analytics & Reporting
      • Track CRM campaign performance and deliver insights to stakeholders.

      • Monitor key KPIs such as customer retention, churn rate, lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.

    4. Collaboration & Operations
      • Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
      • Support broader marketing initiatives through CRM-driven campaigns.

 

Desired Profile:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
      • Excellent communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills.
      • Interest and/or experience in video editing, content creation, and copywriting to produce compelling content.
      • Ability to stay up to date with emerging digital tools, platforms, and social media marketing trends.
      • Hands-on experience working with CRM tools preferred.
